How Walking 10,000 Steps per Day Enhanced my Insulin Sensitivity in a Couple of Months

Taking 10,000 steps each day (or walking about five miles) can be quite healthy for you.

I started walking Four weeks ago. I wake up every day at 5:30 and walk about 5 mls (with my puppy dog). I became so happy with myself.
